Scout Videos ($98.00) per event: We arrange to have a videographer travel to the specified location of your event and record the event. We use HD Cameras and the LongOPod (16’ high monopod) at locations without elevated stands.We post your video to our video server. You will receive an email with details on how to watch the video online. You are able to forward the video link to people on your approved video list.
Team Videos ($98.00) per event: We arrange to have a videographer travel to the specified location of your event and record the event. We use HD Cameras and the LongOPod (16’ high monopod) at locations without elevated stands. We post your video to our video server. You will receive an email with details on how to watch the video online. The video is encrypted for your protection, you will have an approved list and only those on that list can see the video. This will help prevent the video from falling into the wrong hands.
Individual Close-up Highlights ($109.00) per event: We Create a YouTube Playlist http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=67F76063E4ECF3CA. This is Joey Bonutto’s Playlist from the 2009/10 season; we also created a Vanity Domain http://www.joeybonutto.com/. We create a 3 to 5 min. close-up highlight video of the athlete participating in their sporting event. We edit the video add the highlight video to the athlete’s YouTube Playlist. As the season progresses we add the latest highlight video, College Coaches can visit the website on a weekly basis to see the latest highlight video. As a result a relationship is built with the Coach during the season rather than at the end of the season with a Highlight DVD

Entire Season Package (Request a Quote): Pricing Example: Typical cost to create Game Videos, Yearend Video and DVDs: Youth Football example:10 Games x $98.00 = $980.00Year End Video = $300.0030 DVDs = $200.00 $100.00 Discount for Season Package.Typical Cost $1,380.00 divided by 30 players = $46.00 per player. The parents on the team will receive an email with direction on how to watch the game online. The list of who will receive the video link is controlled by the coach and the link cannot be forwarded. Yearend Team & Individual Highlight Videos from your video (Request a Quote): There are two issues we have to deal with when you want us to create a highlight video from video you took. What is the current format and what will it take to convert it to a format we can use (we prefer AVCHD) and what are the highlights. We usually have the client review all the videos and mark the timeline when the video highlight begins and ends. The typical cost to create a highlight from a 10 game season is about $300.00. Extra work like conversion time and changes are billed at $49.00 an hour. We will give you a complete estimate before any work begins.
Scout Video Library
Scout Video Library ($39.00): When we are hired to videotape a scout game that video is added to our Scout Video Library. Team Videos are not added to the library; Team Video distribution is controlled by the coach. When you buy a video from our Scout Video Library, you will receive an email with direction on how to watch the game online. You can also order a DVD for an addition fee.
